How can students benefit from positive psychology? The student group Beats to Beat gives their creative solution, Emotions in the Audio World. During their visit to a local secondary school, they led students to make their song list through memos and savour the experience of emotions.
WeThrive Give: Problem Solverssss designs problem-solving game for emotions
During the secondary school visit, the group, Problem Solvers, explores the changes in emotions by playing various games. For instance, finding numbers between 1 to 30. They introduce what emotion is, the importance of well-being, and ways of handling emotions.
WeThrive Give: SPONGEMO creates e-diary for Year 1 non-local students
The student group SPONGEMO develops exciting tips to help non-local students to cope with university pressure, including scientific videos, creative journals, and a comic diary book.

WeThrive students have produced reflective interactions on the Miro board to connect and reflection on their learning experience. Nearly 300 sticky notes showcase student creations, reflections, and growth with intellectual, intrapersonal, and interpersonal capabilities.
